How to complain
- Contact us first — use the About / contact details in the site footer so we can look into the issue.
- Include — a short description of what happened, when it happened, and any reference (e.g. activity or email).
- Response — we will acknowledge your message and work toward a resolution within a reasonable time.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may have additional rights under local consumer law. This page does not limit those rights.
